On July 24, 2024, PT Studio Kami Mandiri held a meeting with Koding Akademi to discuss potential cooperation in the bootcamp internship program. This meeting was attended by Mr. Dwi and Sunia as representatives of PT Studio Kami Mandiri.

During the discussion, Koding Akademi offered PT Studio Kami Mandiri to become a partner in their bootcamp program. The program is designed for adult participants, both those who are still pursuing higher education and those who have completed their studies.

The bootcamp offered is a three-month intensive training program, ending with a final exam to determine the participants’ graduation. For participants who successfully pass, they will be given the opportunity to do internships at partner companies, including PT Studio Kami Mandiri.

This collaboration also opens up opportunities for employees of PT Studio Kami Mandiri to improve their skills through programs offered by Koding Akademi, covering various fields such as programming and marketing.

One of the key points in the discussion was the fee structure. Koding Akademi offers a scheme where partner companies will be charged a fee of 8% if they decide to recruit internship participants from Koding Akademi after their internship period is completed.

As a follow-up to this meeting, PT Studio Kami Mandiri was asked to fill out a cooperation form if it is willing to participate in this program. This collaboration is expected to benefit both parties, help develop talents in the tech industry, and bridge the gap between education and industry needs.
