On August 23, 2024, our team consisting of Mila and Sunia held a meeting with Mr. Dimas, a representative from Horison Samarinda Hotel, to discuss the implementation of Flight Schedule TV.

Background Mr. Dimas explained that he got information about Flight Schedule TV service through email and then saw its implementation at Bluesky Hotel.

Special Request The client submitted a request to display flight schedules from two airports (Balikpapan and Samarinda) in one application. The reason is because some hotel guests staying in Samarinda sometimes have flights from Balikpapan.

Customization Options Pak Dimas inquired about the possibility to create a custom application that can display both airports, as well as the costs required for this option.

Solution Offered Our team offered the solution of purchasing two licenses with the use of two separate TVs, each displaying the schedule for one airport. To make the client’s decision easier, we offered a 10% discount on the purchase of these two licenses.

This meeting demonstrated Horison Samarinda Hotel’s specific need to provide comprehensive flight information for its guests. With our solution, the hotel will be able to provide better information services, covering two major airports relevant to their guests.
