Assistance and Discussion on Avagos Application Development

On July 17, 2024, the Avagos application development team held an assistance and discussion session led by Pak Dwi and Eka. This meeting focused on developing and improving various aspects of the Avagos application, especially the HR – Employee module.

The discussion covered several important points in an effort to improve the functionality and user experience of the Avagos application:

HR – Employee Module Development

The team discussed in depth the features that need to be added or enhanced in the HR – Employee module. The main focus was to optimize the human resource management process through this application, including the employee data recording system, performance management, and reporting.

Database Structure Changes

One of the main topics discussed was the need to make changes to table and field names in the database. This step aims to improve efficiency and consistency in data management, as well as facilitate the maintenance process in the future.

Optimization of Organizational Data Capture Methods

The team also discussed the improvement of data retrieval methods for directorates, stations, units, subunits, and teams. These changes are expected to improve data access speed and overall system efficiency.

User Interface (UI) Development with C#

The discussion of the UI focuses on four main components using the C# programming language:

a. Employee List: Improvement of the employee list view to facilitate navigation and data reading. b. Detail View: Development of a more informative and user-friendly employee detail view. c. Add New Employee: Optimization of the new employee addition form to improve data input efficiency. d. Search Functionality: Improvement of the search feature to make it easier for users to find the employee information they need.

This discussion is part of the Avagos development team’s ongoing efforts to continuously improve the quality and functionality of the application. With improvements to the HR – Employee module, Avagos is expected to be a more effective and efficient solution in human resource management for its users.
