During the meeting, the web programmer team reported significant progress in the redesign process. The Job module has progressed to 85%, while the Employee module has been completed at 30%. The team also confirmed that the new interface has been optimized for mobile use, ensuring better accessibility for users.

However, the team still faces challenges in optimizing queries in the Job – Graphic Performance feature. “The loading time for this feature is still too long, and we are looking for a solution to optimize it,” said one of the programmer team members.

In response to the report, the manager of PT Studio Kami Mandiri provided some advice and direction. “We need to focus on database optimization and maybe consider using caching to speed up loading time,” the manager said. “Also, let’s prioritize the completion of the Employee module while still making improvements to the Job module.”

The discussion also included development plans for other modules that had not yet been worked on. The team agreed to develop a more detailed timeline for the next phase, taking into account available resources and feature prioritization.
