March 10, 2025 – On this day, all employees of PT Studio Kami Mandiri carried out work activities on a Work From Anywhere (WFA) basis. This policy was enacted in connection with the palebon ceremony at Puri Agung Pemecutan.

The palebon ceremony is an important ritual in Balinese Hindu tradition that involves a cremation procession. Considering the cultural value and potential traffic congestion around the ceremony area, the management of PT Studio Kami Mandiri decided to provide flexibility to all employees in determining their work location.

Despite working from different locations, the entire team continued to carry out work activities as usual and continued to coordinate through available digital platforms. Service to clients also continues without interruption, proving the company’s commitment to maintaining productivity while respecting local cultural values.

This Work From Anywhere policy is also part of PT Studio Kami Mandiri’s efforts to respect local wisdom and support the preservation of Balinese culture. The company understands the importance of balancing work professionalism with respect for local traditions and rituals.
